JN Bank statements and how to import one.

JN LIVE lets you pull up an account's transactions for any dates you choose and export the list. This page follows JN's own instructions for that, says what JN says about e-statements and shows how to import the file.

Get your JN Bank statement

JN's instruction manual for JN LIVE transaction history is dated 2023. It covers savings accounts and ends with an export button.

Transaction history, from JN's manual

  1. Sign in to JN LIVE and click the home icon.
  2. In the list of savings accounts, click the clock icon of the account you want.
  3. Pick the start and end dates, then the smallest and largest amounts and the type of transaction, and click Submit.
  4. You now see the transactions for those dates and amounts. Click Export to download the list as an Excel file.

JN says its e-statements are on the JN LIVE website and not yet in the mobile app. That was the wording on its app page when we read it on 2 October 2026.

What to expect

The export is a list of transactions that you filter yourself. It isn't the monthly statement, so check the date range covers the whole month you want.

Excel files import into EveryDolla the same way a PDF does. If the export opens as a spreadsheet, you can upload it as it is.

JN's guide on reading a credit card statement is dated 1 May 2025, but it doesn't say how the statement reaches you. For that, JN's helpdesk is on 876-906-5343.

Bring it into EveryDolla

Sign in to EveryDolla and choose Import statement from the add menu. Upload the file: a PDF, a photo, or a CSV, XLSX, OFX or QFX file, up to 4 MB.

eVe, the assistant in the app, goes through the file and builds a draft with each purchase, its merchant, date and amount. Rows that need a second look are flagged, and a purchase you already have from an alert is matched instead of added twice. Nothing is saved until you check the draft and press Confirm & save.

A statement can run to 30 pages and 500 rows. If the PDF is password protected, upload an unlocked copy or a clear photo of the pages. It works with a statement from any bank, so it also covers purchases a bank never sends an alert for. For the alerts JN Bank does send, see JN Bank transaction alerts.

Questions

How do I download my JN Bank transactions?

In JN LIVE, click the home icon, then the clock icon beside the account. Choose your dates and click Submit, then Export to save the list as an Excel file.

Can I get my JN e-statement in the app?

JN's app page said e-statements aren't in the mobile app yet and are on the JN LIVE website. We read that on 2 October 2026.

Can I put a JN Bank file into EveryDolla?

Yes. Upload the Excel export or a PDF. EveryDolla shows the purchases it found and nothing is saved until you check them and confirm.

JN Bank already sends you an alert for every purchase. Sign in and those same alerts come to EveryDolla.

Give eVe a statement and she adds the purchases on it. Sign in and the alerts your bank already sends come to EveryDolla too, so the two fill each other's gaps.
