Sources for every figure we use.

Every figure in our calculators and rates pages, by topic, with the page we read it on. We read them all on 2 October 2026 unless a row says otherwise.

A figure marked “Sources differ” is one where two official pages disagree; its note says which we use and why. “Not published” means the institution doesn’t publish it. “Not confirmed” means we found it only in a news report or a secondary source. Our editorial policy explains how we check and update them. Spotted one that has changed? Tell us through support.
