Get your CIBC Caribbean statement

These are CIBC Caribbean's own steps from its paperless statements page. It says that from 31 October 2025 credit card and deposit account statements are available only in Online Banking and the mobile app.

In Online Banking

  1. Sign in to Online Banking.
  2. Select your credit card or deposit product.
  3. Go to the Statements section above your balance and choose the month.
  4. Download the PDF.

In the mobile app

  1. Sign in and tap your credit card.
  2. Tap the three dots at the top right, next to your balance.
  3. Choose Statements, then the month you want.

What to expect

The final date for printed statements was 31 October 2025, so a statement from after that date only exists online.

CIBC says you can download statements as PDFs whenever you need them, so there's no need to wait for month end to try the steps.

Upload the PDF as CIBC gives it to you. EveryDolla handles a clear PDF better than a screenshot.

Bring it into EveryDolla

Sign in to EveryDolla and choose Import statement from the add menu. Upload the file: a PDF, a photo, or a CSV, XLSX, OFX or QFX file, up to 4 MB.

eVe, the assistant in the app, goes through the file and builds a draft with each purchase, its merchant, date and amount. Rows that need a second look are flagged, and a purchase you already have from an alert is matched instead of added twice. Nothing is saved until you check the draft and press Confirm & save.

A statement can run to 30 pages and 500 rows. If the PDF is password protected, upload an unlocked copy or a clear photo of the pages. It works with a statement from any bank, so it also covers purchases a bank never sends an alert for. For the alerts CIBC Caribbean does send, see CIBC Caribbean transaction alerts.
